We are a SaaS startup from Hamburg. PhraseApp enables software creators to offer their apps and websites to a global audience. Our developer-friendly product helps teams to speed up their translation process through smart automation. Since our founding in 2012, we’ve attracted many successful software companies, startups and international brands as customers.


Responsibilities

  • Help develop the PhraseApp brand, our brand voice, visual brand identity, and core story

  • Define how we bring our brand to life across communication channels, materials, and our culture

  • Keep track of our market environment, trends, and our brand positioning

  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, strategy, and human resources

  • Play a part in all creative development processes, content production, and distribution

  • Align communication processes such as product updates

  • Be the one pulling all the pieces together ensuring they tell a powerful story about PhraseApp

Ihr Profil

Qualifications

  • A degree within a marketing or business-related discipline

  • At least 4 years experience in marketing/brand management in different companies

  • Experience in creating new product concepts from insights into execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a big plus)

  • A startup mentality with a bias towards action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative background, strong creative judgment, and experience in working with agencies

  • Finally, you are a strategic thinker, a doer, and never settle for good enough
